Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in and reserve a room. Active-duty military personnel may check in at 18 years of age with valid military identification.

For refundable reservations, approved refunds are typically processed within two (2) to four (4) weeks, subject to the hotel's cancellation policy and credit card processing timelines.

Reservations must be changed or canceled at least 24 hours prior to the 3:00 PM check-in time on the scheduled arrival date to avoid charges. Any guaranteed reservation not canceled within this timeframe will incur a charge of one (1) night's room rate plus applicable taxes. Reservation changes may result in rate and tax adjustments.

If a credit card authorization is declined at any time, including prior to arrival, the reservation may be canceled without notice. Guests are responsible for ensuring a valid payment method is on file at all times.

Failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior cancellation will be considered a no-show and will result in a charge of one (1) night's room rate per room plus applicable taxes to the credit card or other guaranteed payment method.

If a guest fails to call or arrive before check-out time following the first night of a multi-night reservation, the remaining nights will be canceled, and applicable charges may apply.

By confirming a reservation at The Reserve Inn, guests agree to all policies listed above, including reservation guarantees, cancellation terms, no-show charges, payment authorization requirements, refund timelines, pet policies, and check-in age requirements.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card at the time of booking. The hotel reserves the right to authorize or charge the credit card prior to arrival.
